What is your
Shipping/Handling Policy?
USA: We ship all orders Priority Mail through the USPS.
Orders paid by check will be shipped after the check clears,
which is usually 10 business days after deposit. Orders
paid by M/O or PayPal are shipped the following business day after pmt
received if at all possible. Larger orders may take up
to 3 business days to prepare and mail.. The US Priority estimated delivery time is 2-4
days.
Canada:
All Canadian orders will be shipped Airmail through the USPS.
Airmail delivery to Canada can take up to 2 weeks to
receive.
Do
you ship UPS, USPS or both?
We only ship Priority Mail through the USPS.

Only if you live in Florida. Then you pay 6%

you accept credit cards, and if so, which ones?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover
via PayPal.
Canadian customers note:
Credit cards are the preferred payment for Canadian orders,
but MO (International) and personal checks are also accepted.
However, if mailing personal check, this will slow down the
shipping time due to the bank exchange issues. If
sending check, read next paragraph:
Can
I mail my payment to you by check or money order?
Yes you can! Please note your order number (from the
email you'll receive) on the check or money order. Orders
paid by check are shipped after the clears as
stated
above.
If mailing from Canada, please put a note on the check that
says "US funds only". Money orders - please
send international money order.

Can
I view my shopping cart at any time?
Yes you can. Just click on the shopping cart icon at the
top right of any page
How
do I delete an item in the shopping cart?
Simply place a 0 in the Qty box, then click
"Recalculate" at the bottom of that page. This
will delete that item from your cart.
Is
your shopping cart check-out page on a secure server?
Yes it is! Your credit card information is encrypted and
sent to a secure database. You should see a lock in the
lower border of your browser once you reach the secure section
of the shopping cart.
How
can I find out what's new and if you have any new products or
specials?
Join our mailing list! There is a form on each page,
including this one to join our mailing list. This will
keep you informed of our specials sales and offers.

you have any kind of guarantee on your products?
Yes we do. We guarantee your satisfaction 100% on all
products or your
money back within the first 30 days.

is your privacy policy?
Shades-of-Color will never release any personal
information including emails. All information you
supply during ordering or when signing up for our email
list, will be used only by us for Shades-of-Color
